Rubio: The so-called “experts” are clowns. Venezuela bears no resemblance to Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, or the Middle East—aside from Iranian operatives operating there and plotting against the United States. These are Western countries, and people need to stop making apples-to-oranges comparisons.
