Under the direction of the Department of Defense, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a Notice to Air Missions (NOTAM) establishing “Temporary Flight Restrictions for Special Security Reasons” over an area off the southeast coast of Ceiba, Puerto Rico. The restrictions will take effect at 00:00 UTC on November 1, 2025, and remain in place until 23:59 UTC on March 31, 2026.
