Overnight, an Iranian drone boat struck the cargo vessel MAYUREE NAREE BANGKOK as it attempted to transit the Strait of Hormuz.

The unmanned surface vessel (USV) reportedly hit the stern of the ship, igniting a fire and forcing most of the crew to abandon the vessel as the blaze spread.
