Daylight has brought a clearer view of the devastation in Bat Yam, just south of Tel Aviv, where the confirmed death toll has risen to four, with more than 200 injured. Approximately 35 people are still unaccounted for and believed to be trapped beneath the rubble. Search-and-rescue teams from the IDF Homefront Command, ZAKA, and other emergency services are working tirelessly around the clock in hopes of finding survivors.
