All UN agency heads operating in Gaza have declared they will not cooperate with Israel’s humanitarian aid plan—undermining the U.S.-Israel framework designed to deliver food and medicine to civilians.

It raises questions as to why the UN would now stand in the way of aid meant for Palestinians.
