Today, the Kremlin sought to downplay U.S. President Donald J. Trump’s remarks about Russian President Putin, in which Trump told reporters and posted on social media that Putin has gone “CRAZY” and is “needlessly killing a lot of people.” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov responded by suggesting that President Trump is experiencing an “emotional overload.”
