⚡️In addition to the 8 C-130 “Hercules” Military Aircraft equipped with Modular Airborne Fire Fighting Systems (MAFFS) activated by U.S. Northern Command; several Airmen Firefighters from March Air Reserve Base, located in Riverside County, California are also assisting with the Wildfires near Los Angeles, with March being designated as a FEMA Incident Support Base.

Additionally, if requested, U.S. Northern Command is prepared to provide Rotary-Wing Support, Ground and Air Search-and-Rescue, Commodity Distribution, Emergency Route Clearance, Incident Awareness and Assessment, and Medical Capabilities to Local and State Authorities in California.
