🚨USA 🇺🇸/Venezuela 🇻🇪: Hugo “El Pollo” Carvajal pleaded guilty on Wednesday to drug trafficking and narco-terrorism charges in a U.S. federal court, the Department of Justice said in a statement.
“El Pollo” is the former head of Venezuelan military intelligence.
