Despite China claiming on Saturday to have seized a disputed reef in the Spratly Islands of the South China Sea from the Philippines, with them posting a photo of members of the Chinese Coastguard holding up the Chinese Flag on Sandy Cay. The Philippines has since denied these claims, posting their own photo of Filipino officers on Sandy Cay.
