Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters from the state-run outlet RIA Novosti earlier today:

“NATO is at war with Russia — this is obvious and needs no further evidence. NATO is de facto engaged in this conflict, providing both direct and indirect support to Kyiv. Therefore, it can be stated with absolute certainty that NATO is at war with Russia.”
