The Commander of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), General Michael E. Kurilla will reportedly arrive in Israel later this week, to discussed ongoing tensions in the region with senior Israeli defense and intelligence officials. His visit follows a major airlift over the last week or so by the Air Force’s Air Mobility Command (AMC) to Nevatim Airbase in Southern Israel, with upwards of 25 C-17s having arrived at the base since April 10th, believed to likely be carrying additional air-defense systems and penetrating-munitions for Israel.
