Overnight, Ukrainian drones targeted the gas and oil export terminal at the Port of Ust-Luga in Russia’s Leningrad Oblast, near the Estonian border on the Gulf of Finland. Multiple fires broke out at the facility, with smoke reportedly visible as far away as the outskirts of Saint Petersburg.
