Ghislaine Maxwell, the convicted sex offender and longtime associate of Jeffrey Epstein who is currently seeking a pardon from U.S. President Donald J. Trump, said in last month’s interview with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche that she “never saw the President in any inappropriate situation of any kind.” She added that she never heard Epstein or anyone else suggest that Trump had engaged in “anything improper with masseuses or with anyone at all.” Maxwell also claimed that she and Epstein never recruited masseuses from Mar-a-Lago, contradicting statements made by Trump himself as well as testimony from several Epstein victims, including Virginia Giuffre.
