Overnight, Russia fired more than a dozen ballistic missiles—including multiple Iskander-M and Kinzhal systems—at the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv, striking residential buildings and inflicting heavy damage on both the British Council Office and the European Union Mission. The attack left at least 14 people dead and more than 50 others wounded.
