Israel has officially confirmed the downing of one of its reconnaissance drones — the first Israeli aircraft shot down by Iran in six days of conflict. The drone was struck in the Isfahan region, in central Iran. Since these drones typically operate at low altitudes, officials believe it was brought down by a man-portable air defense system (MANPADS).
