Joseph Schnitt, the Acting Deputy Chief of Staff at the Department of Justice’s Office of Enforcement Operations, was secretly recorded on hidden camera by Project Veritas, alleging that the DOJ would redact the names of Republicans or conservatives from files connected to Jeffrey Epstein while leaving those of Democrats or liberals unaltered. Schnitt also claimed that Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s convicted associate, was transferred to a minimum-security facility after discussions with the DOJ as part of a deal to “keep her mouth shut.”
