Just one day after two senior Pentagon officials—Dan Caldwell, a top adviser to Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, and Darin Selnick, Deputy Chief of Staff—were escorted from the building and placed on administrative leave, another high-ranking official has now faced similar action.
