At today’s meeting in Kyiv, Merz (Germany), Starmer (UK), Macron (France), and Tusk (Poland) presented a ceasefire ultimatum to Putin, which they claim has the backing of Donald Trump: Russia must agree to a 30-day ceasefire starting on the 12th, or the European allies and the U.S. will significantly increase military aid to Ukraine.
