Authorities across several counties in southern, central, and eastern Utah on Wednesday night urged residents to stay indoors and lock their doors as a manhunt is reportedly underway following a “suspicious death.”
Officials also asked the public to watch for a vehicle believed to be connected to the incident in Wayne County. As of late Wednesday, authorities had not released further details about the circumstances of the death or any potential suspect(s).
Numerous concerning reports from local residents are circulating online, though the exact situation remains unclear.
