Multiple explosions were reported early this morning in Makhachkala, the capital of Dagestan—more than 600 miles from Ukraine—following what appears to be a large-scale drone attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces targeting the “Dagneftegaz” Oil Refinery and other key infrastructure sites in southwestern Russia.
