White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed today that the White House Special Envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, will be traveling to Moscow soon to negotiate a ceasefire proposal for the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian War with Russian decision-makers. The proposal,has already been sent to the Russians
