Explosions have been reported at Camp Taji, just north of Baghdad, amid unconfirmed reports of possible airstrikes targeting Iranian-backed militias in Iraq.

As previously noted, Iran-backed groups have launched hundreds of missiles at Israel without facing direct consequences.

At this time, there is no official confirmation of the situation on the ground, but it’s highly likely that Iranian-backed militias may have targeted Camp Taji.

Located 27 kilometers north of Baghdad, Camp Taji serves as a critical military installation for joint Iraqi-U.S. training, logistics, and counterterrorism operations.
