Sean Dunn, 37, a former Department of Justice employee who gained online notoriety as the “sandwich thrower” after throwing a salami Subway sandwich at a Customs and Border Protection immigration agent in Washington, D.C., last August, has been found not guilty of misdemeanor simple assault by a D.C. jury.
