State Security Service of Azerbaijan said it has arrested several individuals linked to a criminal network and Iran who were allegedly planning a terrorist attack in the capital, Baku.
The arrests come after Azerbaijan vowed retaliation for an Iranian drone strike inside its territory earlier this week, further escalating tensions between the two countries.
