North Korean leader Kim Jong Un may face accountability for aiding Russia’s war effort in Ukraine, as Kyiv considers filing a formal complaint with the International Criminal Court.

“It’s time Kim Jong Un is held responsible at the ICC,” said former court president Song Sang-Hyun, noting that North Korea’s military support to Russia gives Ukraine solid legal grounds to pursue action against Pyongyang.
