Former Republican House Speaker Newt Gingrich said on Fox News today that Russian President Vladimir Putin will soon have to accept he cannot win the war in Ukraine. Gingrich added that if the U.S. chooses to “get serious,” the resulting Russian casualties would be “terrifying.”
