The Israel Defense Force’s Arab-language spokesman, Col. Avichay Adraee, has issued evacuation notices for three towns in southern Lebanon — Mays al-Jabal, Kfar Tebnit, and Dibbin — ahead of planned strikes on Hezbollah “terrorist infrastructure.” The IDF message instructed residents: “For your safety, you must evacuate these buildings and nearby structures immediately and remain at least 500 meters away.”
