The Dow tumbled today roughly 1,000 points, closing down 2.5%, while the S&P 500 fell 3.46% and the Nasdaq Composite slid 4.31%, erasing nearly a third of the recovery seen at close yesterday spurred by U.S. President Trump’s announcement of a “90-Day PAUSE” on the reciprocal tariffs revealed in early April.
