After several days of delays linked to tanker availability, F-22 Raptors from the 1st Fighter Wing have begun departing RAF Lakenheath this morning to continue their deployment toward the Middle East.

The movement is being supported by aerial refueling aircraft operating out of RAF Mildenhall, enabling the long-range transit.
