Volodymyr Zelensky announced yesterday the operational deployment of the Long Neptune, a long-range version of the Neptune missile adapted for land targets. The Neptune was the anti-ship missile that sank the Moskva, the flagship of Russia's Black Sea Fleet, in 2022. According to the information released, the missile has a range of up to 1,000 km.

This video shows the attack carried out last night against a Russian refinery in Tuapse, located nearly 600 km from the nearest Ukrainian position. According to some sources, this attack may have been one of the first using the Long Neptune.
