According to a release from U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), SOUTHCOM commander Gen. Francis L. Donovan, directed Joint Task Force Southern Spear to conduct a strike on a vessel operated by a designated terrorist organization operating in known Caribbean trafficking routes. Four narco-terrorists were killed in the strike.
