In a highly unusual move, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered the Defense Forces to install loudspeakers inside and around the Gaza Strip to broadcast his address today before the United Nations General Assembly in New York. Photos and video from this morning show cranes mounting loudspeakers onto trucks before they were transported into Gaza.

Alongside the loudspeaker installations, Israeli intelligence reportedly hacked phones and other cellular devices across Gaza to push Netanyahu’s UN speech directly to Palestinians still inside the Strip.
