Speaking to reporters before boarding Air Force One, U.S. President Donald J. Trump criticized Russian President Vladimir Putin following a series of ballistic missile and drone attacks on Ukrainian cities over the weekend.

“I’m not happy with what Putin is doing. He’s killing a lot of people, and I don’t know what the hell happened to him,” Trump said. “I’ve known him a long time, always gotten along with him, but now he’s sending rockets into cities and killing people — I don’t like it at all. We’re in the middle of talking, and he’s launching rockets into Kyiv and other places. I’m surprised. We’ll see what we’re gonna do.”
