Utah County District Attorney Jeff Gray has announced that he will pursue the death penalty against Tyler Robinson.

Charges include:
• Aggravated murder
• Felony discharge of a firearm
• Obstruction of justice: moving a firearm
• Obstruction of justice: disposing of clothing
• Witness tampering: instructing a roommate to delete texts
• Witness tampering: directing a roommate to remain silent
• Violent crime committed with children present
