Ukraine’s Intelligence Chief Kyrylo Budanov reports that Russia has supplied North Korea with Pantsir-S1 Surface-to-Air Missile Systems to protect Pyongyang. This follows North Korea’s unveiling of a new air-defense system at the “National Defense Development-2025” Weapons Exhibition in Pyongyang, which closely resembles Russia’s Pantsir-SM-SV.
