U.S. Army Europe and Africa has announced that U.S. Navy Seabee Divers with Commander Task Force (CTF-68) have managed to attach the second cable to the M88A2 “Hercules” Armored-Recovery Vehicle (ARV) at the Pabradė Training Ground in eastern Lithuania; with winching operations to begin soon, though this is expected to take significant time and effort.
