China has urged the U.S. to “completely cancel” the reciprocal tariffs.

“We urge the United States to take a major step toward correcting its mistakes, fully cancel the wrongful practice of ‘reciprocal tariffs,’ and return to the right path of mutual respect,” a spokesperson for China’s Ministry of Commerce said in a statement.
