According to the Wall Street Journal, the U.S. is rapidly deploying missile defense systems to Israel as ongoing Iranian attacks strain Israel’s supply of advanced interceptors, including the Arrow 3 system.

The U.S. has positioned four Navy destroyers in the Mediterranean and two more in the Red Sea.

With interceptor stockpiles reportedly running low, officials warn that difficult decisions may need to be made soon.
