Security cameras in the Cambodian border town of Phum Prey Chan captured Royal Thai Army M113A3 armored personnel carriers and troops from the First Army Area’s Burapha Task Force crossing the Thai-Cambodian border this morning into Thailand’s Sa Kaeo Province.
