On April 18th, a Hamas delegation visited the headquarters of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), a Pakistani Islamist terrorist group based in Bahawalpur.

JeM primarily targets Indian forces in Kashmir and was responsible for over 60 deaths in major terror attacks in 2001, 2016, and 2019.



In 2001, Jaish-e-Mohammed launched an attack on the Indian Parliament in New Delhi.

They killed 6 Delhi police officers, 2 Parliament security staff, and a gardener.

All 5 JeM attackers were shot and killed by Indian security forces during the firefight.
