Paraguayan President Santiago Peña received a visit from Admiral Alvin Holsey, head of the U.S. Southern Command, this Saturday (23).

“The relations between our nations and our Armed Forces are based not only on culture, history, and economy, but also on mutual trust,” Holsey stated.
