Syria 🇸🇾: Assad has reportedly offered to sever ties with Iran and Hezbollah in exchange for support from the U.S. and the West to remain in power, according to Bloomberg.

As part of the proposal, Assad suggested enacting a new constitution and agreed to hold talks with the political opposition.
