Two BTR-3 vehicles operated by the Royal Thai Army—one a BTR-3E1 Armored Personnel Carrier (APC) and the other a BTR-3CS Armored Command Post Carrier (ACPC), both Ukrainian-made—were seen earlier today among a buildup of armored units at the Poipet–Khlong Lek Border Checkpoint along the Cambodia–Thailand frontier.
