⚡️U.S. President Donald J. Trump has signed an Executive order
re-designating the Houthis in Yemen as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO). Citing the hundreds of Houthi attacks on commercial and naval shipping in and around the Bab el-Mandeb Strait since former U.S. President Joe Biden delisted them in 2021, President Trump has directed the Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, to recommend the re-designation of the Houthis as an FTO within the next 30 days.
