I’m highly skeptical of this report. The 11th Airborne is a rapid-response force, but its primary mission set is focused on the Arctic and the Indo-Pacific. Units like the 82nd Airborne or the 10th Mountain Division would make far more sense for a domestic deployment to Minneapolis.
