During a multi-front strategic assessment with Israel’s defense establishment, Defense Minister Yoav Katz stated: “We are now closer than ever to achieving our war objectives. Only two active fronts remain — Gaza and Yemen — and we must see them through to a full resolution.”

Katz also addressed the potential for renewed conflict with Iran, emphasizing the need to preserve the gains made during Operation “Rising Lion,” particularly in maintaining Israeli air superiority. “We must develop a robust enforcement strategy to ensure Iran cannot revive its nuclear or missile programs,” he said.

He further underscored the ongoing priority of securing the return of hostages, calling it a central objective alongside military operations.
