U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem was taken to a Washington, D.C. hospital by ambulance earlier today after experiencing an allergic reaction. According to the Department of Homeland Security, the transport was made out of an “abundance of caution.” Secretary Noem is reported to be conscious, has spoken with members of her team, and is currently alert and recovering.
