“A serious assessment indicates Hezbollah has begun restoring its capabilities and has successfully smuggled hundreds of short-range rockets from Syria. We conveyed a message that we may strike the Dahieh again if Hezbollah is not disarmed,” a senior Israeli official told Al-Arabiya.
