Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), stated in an interview with Fox News earlier today that the agency currently cannot account for approximately 900 pounds of highly enriched uranium in Iran. According to Grossi, Iranian officials informed the IAEA that the uranium was moved from previously monitored storage sites as a “protective measure” ahead of last Saturday’s U.S. Air Force strikes on the Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan nuclear facilities in central Iran.
