Trump stood by his National Security Advisor Mike Waltz following yesterday’s article from The Atlantic, in which a journalist was accidentally added to a chat on Signal with Waltz and other officials discussing “War Plans” for strikes against the Houthis in Yemen, with Trump stating, “Michael Waltz has learned a lesson, and he’s a good man.” Adding that he believed the incident was a “non-issue” and did not affect the strikes in Yemen, calling the operation “perfectly successful.”
